"hood"ing ceremony

I have always enjoyed going to graduation ceremonies. I know many people get bored, but there is something about graduation that makes me feel all mushy inside. Why not? It's a day to celebrate individual acheivements.

Last Thusday, Jimmy and I had the honor to attend our dear friend's hooding ceremony at UCLA. She recieved a Doctorate in Public Education. Here are some photos.
